What does the trial period include?

Do employees need to install anything?
No. EFS Classroom works directly in a web browser and can be added to a phone’s home screen like an app, with no app-store download or installation required.
Can we combine different membership levels across departments?
Yes. It is common for most employees to have platform-only access through EFS 1–3, while employees who work directly with clients receive live support from a teacher through EFS 4–6.
What if you do not yet have a program for our industry?
We create every program around the individual client. Even when we already have content for your industry, we develop a new program tailored to your company’s processes and the specific goals of each team.
How long does onboarding take?
Most companies are ready to get started within a few days of the initial conversation. We take care of account setup and invitations for the entire team.
